Maryland Crab Soup
Soups are only available in bowl sizes only. Despite the plesant crab aroma, this soup has hardly any crab in it. There are lots of veggies present: green beans, peaa, corn, carrots, tomatoes, and huge chunks of potato. But the crab was in strands, which when singled out, didn't have much flavor. Even so, the soup has a really good flavor with the Old Bay spicing in it. Might come off as a bit too salty for some tastes.
If one ingredient could be left out, it would be the potatoes. They were simply cut too big, and were kind of dry. That and to add more crab. Although we found that if you eat the soup alongside one of their crab cakes (how could you miss the advertisements at the front door?), then the flavor of the soup can enhance the flavor of the crab cakes if you alternate bites. Try it sometime!

Cream of Crab Soup
Soups only come in bowl size. Cream of crab is farily simple -- crab and a creamy chicken base with a few spices thrown in. We wish we could say that the soup really isn't orange and we just had some bad lighting, but it really is (at least it was on that day). Consistency is thick and creamy without going too overboard.
The soup has big chunks of crab compared to their MD crab. But unlike the Maryland Crab, there isn't much spice. The predominate flavor is chicken, as some cream of crabs use a chicken base. Not quite what you expect from the land of crab soups, but you might have to remind yourself that you are inside a deli. They do have shakers of Old Bay available, so you may want to ask for one to give it that true crab soup flavor.
