Maryland Crab Soup
The Maryland Crab Soup is made with a spicy tomato broth, garden veggies and fresh crab meat. Vegetables include potato, carrots, peas, corn, green beans, celery, onions, Lima beans.
Spicy is right! The tomato base is sweet on the front end, and then the spice hits you on the back end. Very surprising and quite lovely. if anything, the sweetness can be toned down a bit, but only a bit. The smell is gorgeous as well -- like what vegetable crab soup is supposed to smell like! Freshly made and not from a can, you'll definetly want to stop by and try this soup.
