Maryland Crab Soup
Maryland Crab Soup consists of corn, green beans, tomatoes, celery, onion, potato, peas, carrots, and crab in a beef-based broth.
This soup has tons of crab, and in nice sized chunks, too. While the soup seems to be mostly crab meat, there are plenty of vegetables to go around, not leaving much room for the broth. The crab spice is very nice, and in no short supply.
It is a bit unfortunate that you can't really taste the flavor of that crab meat due to the fact that the broth is a bit overpowering with the salt and crab spices. As a result, it is also hard to tell if the vegetables taste fresh or not. All you can really taste is the salt and spice. But the spice has an excellent flavor, and the soup is hearty enough to satisfy your appetite. Good enough to keep us coming back for another bowl!
